• Murray Parish Trust’s Grand Night Out at the Royal Albert Hall •

On 23 April 2018 HCYO performed at the Hampshire at The Hall event at The Royal Alert Hall.  They were part of 2000 performers from across Hampshire who played, danced and sang, with special guests the Band of the Scots Guards, who joined the young musicians in several very moving pieces to commemorate the centenary of the end of WW1.

Actor Sarah Parish narrated narrating “My World”, a newly commissioned work by Zella Compton and Tom Guyer.  Prior to this Sarah, co-founder of The Murray Parish Trust, spoke about the charity and explained there would be a retiring collection at the end of the evening’s performance.

The Murray Parish Trust are delighted to announce that the retiring collection for The Murray Parish Trust raised £3,807.85 … which with Gift Aid and government matchfunding will ultimately come to a grand total of over £9,500!  To read their full press report, please follow this link.
